Reopening of Schools

The country of Belize and in particular Belize City finds itself in the epicenter of a community spread of the dreadful COVID-19 virus. After consultation with various stakeholders and our medical advisors, and out of grave concern for the safety of our faculty, staff, students, and you, the parents and guardians, SCA will not be open for face-to-face classes on Monday, October 4, 2021.

As time progress we will continue to review the guidelines as prescribed for us by MOE/MOHW, and we will make a decision as to our opening date. Be assured that your daughter’s health and wellbeing is our primary concern. We will advise you on our opening date as soon as we are able to do so.

In the meantime, online classes continue as per usual. Our students will continue to have the support of our teachers who are readily available to them and to you parents from 2:35 p.m. to 3:35 p.m. from Monday to Thursday.
