Duties:
The successful applicants will be familiar with and committed to the mission of Saint Catherine Academy and the values of Mercy Secondary Education.
Responsibilities include answering telephone, assisting students, faculty, and guests, managing student database, student files, and other documents, and assist with school activities.
Professional and Skills Requirements:
- Candidates with an associate degree and secretarial experience are especially encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of office administration, particularly office procedures and practices.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Remuneration: In accordance with the Government of Belize Pay scale.
